By integrating the thermal management circuits of the battery, motor, and air conditioning systems, the system achieves coordinated heat utilization. Through the switching of a four-way reversing valve, it ensures rational distribution of cooling capacity. It also features an automatic exhaust valve, which improves the exhaust efficiency of the coolant circulation circuit by 35% under the same conditions.
Intelligent Control
The system uses a frequency conversion control logic for the compressor, which automatically adjusts the speed based on the temperature inside the cabin, achieving energy savings while ensuring cooling effectiveness. It employs CAN communication to enable network control, allowing users to view backend data via a mobile app. The unit also has a self-diagnostic function for faults, enhancing safety and reliability.
