The XIYI Awards, a highly credible and influential award in the automotive seating industry, focuses on cutting-edge automotive seating technologies and promotes the rapid development of the industry. In current automotive seat foam production, while traditional flame retardants can meet some fire protection requirements, they often sacrifice environmental performance, resulting in problems such as odor release, excessively high smoke density, and difficulty in material recycling.

Molead, starting from the fundamentals of materials, focuses on molecular structure design and physicochemical mechanism research, and has successfully developed "cross-linked flame-retardant environmentally friendly sponge." This product uses cross-linking technology to replace traditional flame retardants, achieving flame retardancy, low carbon emissions, environmental friendliness, and anti-mildew properties. Its characteristics include:

Flame retardant oxygen index ≥ 22%;

Horizontal flammability rating A-0 (JT/T 1095);

Vertical combustion velocity ≤ 100mm/min;

Smoke density rating (SDR) ≤ 70;

Environmentally friendly odor: ≤ 2.5 at room temperature (23℃-40℃), ≤ 3.0 at high temperature (80℃), exceeding national passenger vehicle standards.

Meets the mold resistance requirement of grade 0 in the anti-mold test.
