Ten 400kW DC charging piles from Molead's Shanxiang New Energy have been deployed at a charging station in Henan Province. Located at a logistics hub with frequent stops by short-haul trucks, and situated beside a national highway, the station is subject to prolonged dust. Summer ground temperatures can reach 70°C, while winter temperatures drop below freezing, compounded by rain and snow, severely testing the charging piles' durability. The Shanxiang 400kW DC charging piles deployed in this batch demonstrate outstanding performance in terms of casing protection, stable charging, and human/machine safety: 

1. Reliable and Durable: The casing boasts an IP55 high protection rating, employing a "centrifugal fan + double-layer dustproof cotton + waterproof louvers" structure. The air duct is fully potted, adapting to high and low temperature conditions and impervious to harsh environments such as dust, pollution, and humidity. The charging gun has an IP67 protection rating and has undergone immersion in water and 12,000 insertion/removal durability tests, enhancing the customer's long-term operational efficiency.

2. High-Efficiency Charging: Single-gun 300A/Dual-gun 600A fast charging with a peak efficiency of ≥97%, covering various electric vehicle models such as heavy trucks, mining trucks, and sanitation vehicles. At full power output, it simultaneously saves on energy conversion losses, offering advantages in both rapid charging and reduced operating costs.

3. Safety Protection: Real-time monitoring of charging vehicle status,  leakage protection, emergency shutdown, and other intelligent safety protection functions effectively mitigate safety risks to people, vehicles, and equipment.
