Faster Charging

The double-plug charging current of 240/320kW charger can reach 500A, and that of 400kW charger can reach 600A. Compared with China's national standard and industrial double-plug 400A, they are increased by 25% and 50% respectively.

Higher Efficiency

The charger has a peak efficiency above 97% and supports super standby mode, with a reduction of standby power consumption by 80% and significantly reduced operation costs.

Enhanced Safety

In addition to more than 40 safety protection measures such as input and output overvoltage and undervoltage protection, the charging system has also leakage protection and access control protection, far superior to China's national standard and industry safety requirements.

High Reliability

The charging plug has passed 12000 durability tests and its protection capability is up to IP67. The charging module uses full glue filling process + isolated air duct, and all areas are fully covered for protection, which significantly improves the ability to prevent salt spray, moisture and mildew. All PCBAs are coated with three-proofing paint, which is moisture-proof, mildew-proof and salt spray resistant.

Strong Adaptability

The charger has an ultra-wide input voltage range, and abnormal power grid fluctuation does not affect the normal output of the charger. The whole machine is designed with LBSM cage-type protective structure. It has passed dust, rain and high temperature tests, and its protection grade is up to IP55; it can be used in the operating environment of -30 ~ 55°C and 5000m altitude, and has been verified by highland, severely cold, dusty, high salt spray and other harsh environments, and can maintain normal operation for a long time.

Intelligent Interconnection

Intelligent and flexible. The charger has various payment methods such as card swiping and QR code scanning, and supports multiple charging modes such as double-plug parallel charging, dual-pile simultaneous charging, and VIN plug-and-charge. It is interconnected and can be connected to mainstream operation management platforms, Internet traffic platforms and government supervision platforms. With self-developed main control system, it supports remote OTA update for advancement, remote fault warning and diagnosis and efficient handling.
